It is a choice on which side of life to be: on the negative side of life or on the positive side of life: to attack or eliminate sickness with medications compared to to promoting and supporting health by giving the body what it needs to be healthy or heal. To pin point problems or to find solutions, to be or become part of the problem or to be part of a solution, to critizie or to offer an alternative or a vision for a solution. To choose the positive side of life can be empowerting. Be invited to make your own conscious choices to experiment, to find out for yourself what works for you.

Fairy tales just do not seem to apply to real life these days anymore (and if they ever have): everything tends to be so complicated with so many “real life” details that require attention, energy and time - ego appears to take on so many forms that separate from the one - and make what could be sweet, simple and beautiful, simply impossible!
The simple search for happiness - and then lots and lots of complications and reasonings that mind puts on top of that, to burry love alive. How frustrating!
Where is the magic that we believed in, when we were little kids?

Stop dancing around it - The bottom line of the world’s econimic crises is that too few control too many of the resources. Most people do not have any money left to let it circulate, to buy into the materialism on which this economy focusses. The stream of energy that flows all over and everywhere on our planet determines how much abundance there truly is. The average person’s income has been clipped and clipped and clipped again by those in power much beyond what is healthy. And for the rest of us: There are much more important things in life, than to making the rich richer: The future of our children! The health of our planet! And the survival of our human race!
Back to the roots of life! What is needed to be healthy, live with pupose and to be truly happy? Family. Time to be with our children. Education. Affordable quality health care. Time to play. Cummunity in which every one has a place and can feel at home. Healthy Nature for healthy water and for healthy food.
Where are the priorities of those who we have allowed to be our employers, leaders, and those we do business with?

In a time when energy prices are on a sharp rise American car makers designed and pushed gas guzzling monster cars, while the rest of the world works very hard on light weight fuel efficient cars . Why industires pushing for planned obsolescence that hurts everyone, and producing montains of products that nobody really needs should be rewarded with our tax money, that is urgently needed in the class rooms of our children, is beyond my understanding! How do you define "free market economy"?
Why rewarding those who have brought failure is supposed to be a promising strategy to sucess - somebody please tell me.
If automakers have to be given prefference over our childrens future, with which I disagree, why not instead to reward those car makers who are already on the rise with producing cars that are fuel efficinet, environmentally safe, can be recycled and are affordable by the people whose tax money pays for it?
I disagree with the decisions that are currently beeing made in Washinton and how our tax money is spent..

How would you define the word “FREE”?
Webster’s dictionary defines: “not subject to external constraints”, and: “without expense”. Do you get bombarded with “FREE” offers like the rest of us? “Free: laptop computers, free vacations, free money”, free whatever. All of this is simply a lie! The reality is: nothing is for free, except the cookies Grandma made and offers to us, or the things friends who care about each other give to each other, out of love!
Why do we fall for this: To have to do something we don’t really want to do, to get something we want? Why do we business with people who are straight outright dishonest?
I simply don’t! The reality really is: We are free - free to get what we want without needing to get trapped in conditions we don’t really want. Think about it: All this “free” crap is ending to cost more, than if we would have straight purchased what we really want without jumping into the trap, otherwise: the company offering the “free” stuff would not be able stay in business. The sad fact: Commercial forces are a significant contributor to make the world a place of less integrity and less honesty. Is this the way how we really want to live on this planet? Being forced to distrust everything there is (even our friends who participate in selling products for pyramid marketers in our social get-togethers)? Let's turn things around: Away with garbage culture and yes to values and things that do make sense, for us, for our families, for future generations, and for the environment! Life first! - There's got to be a tomorrow - if not for us: for our children and for their children! Let's bring integrity back to how we interact.
WHAT TO DO:
Step 1 - say NO. Step 2 - Get clear about what you really want, and bring it into existence directly. Being clear also helps to say " NO, thank you!" with much more ease!
YOU - just like everybody else - HAVE POWER and your freedom lies in the CHOICES you make! Don't give your power and freedom away! Make choices that empower! --> NO to garbage, and: "YES!" to what you truly feel in your heart! By making conscious choices, not only yourself, but also those around you, will be happier! And: the reality we experience is based on the choices we make!

Apparently the Fed has just passed a law that makes it illegal from 2007 on to sell raw almonds - pasteurized only from now on. Another example of politics completely out of touch acting in insanity! Never mind that raw foods are the healthiest food you can eat to have a strong immune system, and that people have eaten raw Almonds from the beginning of time!
Whose business is it to decide what I am going to eat? Let your voice be heard!
To prohibit the sale of raw Almonds nationwide instead of mandating a label: “may be dangerous”, because a couple of people claim to have gotten simonella from raw almonds, is equal to prohibiting cars because people get killed by them.
American politics in recent years seems to work like this: focussing on the interests of those who supposedly pay the biggest tax Dollars, but doing sloppy dirty quick pull politics for the rest of the the things that seem less important. When a problem arises to take loud noisy and hasty not very well thought out quick action politics by going completely overboard! Another example: Huricane Katrina!
We deserve more from those who draw their wages from our tax Dollar! Do more than just listening to the one-sided stream line media. Let’s talk about replacing politicians who follow the money, for those who stand up to serve the intrest of ALL of the American people!

To have time for each other, for our family and relatives and to take active part in our community, and to enjoy the simple things in life, such as sunsets, nature, meditation and soulful creative expressions, is more important to me than material goods. OUTLAW TELEPHONE SOLICITORS.
These bastards call, even though I have repetitively asked each and every caller not to be called!
Capitalism is NOT terrorism, or am I wrong about that?
It should be a choice of freedom wether to receive phone calls or not!
Until we people can unite to collectively not to buy anything form those anymore, who disturb our peace, to grab us in our weakest moments after a long hard day's work, to suck our hard earned money away from us for some rediculous junk, here a simple measure to take, that each of us CAN and SHOULD take to send a clear message:
• Place your teleponone number onto the Federal Trade Commissions National Do Not Call Registry by calling: 1-888-382-1222, or register through their web site: http://www.donotcall.gov
• Read up on your rights and know how to counter act phone solicitation. Info can be found here: http://www.stopjunkcalls.com/
Look at current legislation and it's implementation - Sadly it becomes very obvious, that those who make our laws these days do not represent the people's needs nor interests. Let's take back America! At the very least least go out and vote, but also express and discuss your concerns with as many people, neighbors and friends as possible! Have the courage to disagree and to question! Get involved! Let our, the American people's voice be heared to put legislation back into governement that restores our freedom from privileges and favourism of the comercial interest groups who are running the show currently! Demand law that serves all people equally!
As to legitimate telemarketting: It definitely makes more sense to establish a list where those who wish to receive soliciting and commercial calls can sign up for, and for all other calls to be outlawed! It would be a win-win for everyone, as comercial sellers and organisations could compete for people's attention and to motivate those interested to receive phone calls at their prefferred time by having sweepstakes awards for the participation in receiving calls. Keywords: Motivation instead of violating the American people's freedom! Let your voice be part of restoring integrety to the way how America conducts business!

How many scientists does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
None. Everone can do it! Sorry, that was not a joke.
But: how large a tail pipe does it require these days to drive this one person to work and call that technological progress?
Scientists call this an ecological footprint. How large do you need for yours to be, to realize that a lifelstyle promoted by those who count quarterly earnings is too short sighted to consider future generations - the children of our children will look back at us and ask: Why?

Alone but not yet all-one
I am still diferent than others, better than others, do things more sincere, more careful with more awareness. And I do things worse than others too.
I am judgemental - know how these things are done the right way, the perfect way!
I care in every detail most of the times - others don't. Things that happen to others are because of stupidity or ignorance and won't happen to me. I have the right to judge, have earned it with hard and deliberate efforts, have mastered to be smart.
This makes me special, makes me different than others, makes me better or worse, but makes me alone
and seperate from the all-one. Makes me arrogant.

Vanessa has left - now more than 16 months ago. The energy of the relationship still lies in my life like stale air in an unused room and blockades my life in a vail of dense and heavy fog. What does it mean to love someone? I honestly do not seem to remember - cannot figure it out. It feels like I simply do not see the truth. Like stirred up mud in a glass of water. I feel that she may have been right, with what she said so strongly without a single spoken word: I am limmited, I am unfree, I am unopen towards life, I am boring and unadveturous; I am asking too much, I expect too much, I distort reality through my own interpretation of how things are. I don’t really know to how to live a truely spiritual life when I only play safe. I do not know how to thrive nor to do well. And with all of that I feel I have lost the one I knew. I have lost my visions and my goals; and I have lost my power to intuitively know. I feel I lost direction and am spining off- center, warbeling without a true purpose - my ambition and drive has gone. When a few honest words spoken from the heart could have healed so much - to clear up to be able to let go. For both of us to bless what we had, to let go with aknowledgment, love then joy, for each of us to be free from what was. I once thought I was a partner - true with everything I had - now I feel like used underwear - slipped off to be recycled - disposable.
I suffer in acceptance as good as I can, - patterns of self importance - and so it is. I do not know what else to do: wherever I go no matter what new places I try to discover, I run into memories of what was, almost every day. And there is not much I can do about that: noticing and acepting. Noticing and acepting. I wish for her that she found the happyness she did not find with me, and the life and partner she restlessly was running for - the other and away than what was found righ here. Unfulfilled dreams hurt so much - at least my attachment to them. So I wish for myself that this boring and painfull pattern in my life will slowly pass for brighter days to come. Resolve and clear up for a love so strong I have never known before, to be one with all again, deeper and stronger than ever before.
